Footsteps sounded and Cage, entered the room, followed closely by Harrison and his legal counsel. He had gone to pick them up himself from the door. Abby's gaze narrowed as she watched her uncle take his seat, his expression smug and self-assured. She knew that Harrison had used the power of attorney entrusted to him by her father to manipulate the situation to his advantage, and she braced herself for the revelations that were about to unfold.

"Good afternoon, everyone," Cage greeted solemnly as he settled into his chair at the head of the table. "Thank you for gathering here today for the reading of Mr. Falcone's last will and testament."

Abby's heart hammered in her chest as Cage retrieved a sealed envelope from his briefcase, the contents of which held the answers she sought. With a sense of gravity, he broke the seal and unfolded the document, his eyes scanning the pages before him.
