Kapitel 202: Next Steps

The next day, the Harbingers were gathered in the Autumn Leaf Tavern.

RedQueen and Zamir were exhausted and irritated. They almost bit HardBro's head off for making a poor joke about their current appearance. Since then, the table had descended into a tense silence as they waited for Samar to arrive. 

They did not have to wait long as the Vedic Archer arrived a few minutes later, after depositing his latest purchase in the Shop's inventory. Noticing the mood at the table, he decided to get reports from RedQueen and Zamir first.

"Any new prospective recruits?" Samar asked them, taking a seat.

"None!" RedQueen answered curtly, making Samar raise his eyebrow. Zamir elaborated on her answer, explaining why they were in such a foul mood.

"We interviewed 782 applicants but none of them met the requirements you had set." His tone was accusatory as he mentioned the word requirements and it made the rest of the team curious.
