Sarah's POV:

Today is the day I get to confirm that I have chosen the easiest way out. I have suppressed my feelings to go with the easiest solution. I was too weak to go the hard way.

Mr. Tyler walked towards me, looking dapper in his tailored suit, and stared at me with pride. As he took my arms, I noticed his hands tremble slightly, mirroring my own nerves.

Then the church door opened, and I could now feel everyone's gaze on us. As we made our way down the aisle, the soft strains of the violin filled the air.

And then I saw him, Jacob Martinez. My soon-to-be husband, my easiest way out, as we got closer, I noticed his eyes slightly red and sore. "Is he going to cry?"

As I reached the altar, Mr. Tyler gently placed my hand on his, and I could feel the love and trust between them.

"You look stunning," he muttered, and I smiled. "I made it to the altar," I said, and we both chuckled.
