"Magnus!"

"Alora!"

Their voices echoed simultaneously through the room, each calling out the other's name. Their eyes locked, a mix of surprise and longing passing between them. Magnus moved swiftly, closing the distance between them to sit in front of Alora and pull her into a warm embrace.

Alora, however, gently pushed against his chest as she wanted to check on the wound on his chest to ensure he was truly alright. But her gentle push was stronger than she intended, and Magnus stumbled backward, landing on the edge of the bed with a soft thud.

A look of shock crossed Alora's face as she stared at her own hands, unable to comprehend what had just happened. "I-I didn't mean to do it," she murmured, filled with confusion and guilt.
