Kapitel 73: 73: A Broken Mind [Pt.1]

Asher's mind was on the verge of breakdown.

At any moment, he felt like he would lose the tiny strand of his personality he had left.

He bit his lips till there was nothing to bite but it still couldn't take away the pain wrecking his mind, soul and body.

For two entire weeks, Asher did nothing but cry in grief as he remembered everything he did during his rampage and after it.

"I'm nothing but a murderer! I would even raise my hand against the woman I love... Why do I even exist?"

What's more, he felt indifferent yet aggrieved about it, he felt like inflicting himself with more pain and at the same time he felt like preaching peace to the corrupted world.

He felt like continuing his rampage from before and restoring the world to normal.

...but amidst it all, Asher could still feel a certain connection that had been with him all this while after waking up.

The connection led east, the elven continent... where Cashel was.
