Jaden simply ignored what Scarlet had said. Instead, he looked towards Angela who was pointing a gun towards him. Just by looking at Angela's eyes, he could tell that she was really serious about what she had said.

He was sure that if he decided not to cooperate with her, she would shoot him. As for if she was going for the kill or just to immobilize him, he did not know.
