Kapitel 484: What If He Saw Us?

Not long after Calix showed one of the rooms where Ryken displayed his unique collection, Calliope began yawning nonstop. The little dumpling was in dire need of a nap now.

"Poppy, are you sleepy?"

"Sleepy..."

Calix bent down, picking Calliope up to settle in his arms. The little one landed her small head on her father's shoulder. Only a thin slit of her eyes was still open.

All the yummies she ate made her so sleepy ah. She could see the food dancing in her mind.

"Calix, bring her to my guest room," Ryken suggested without missing a beat, a helpless smile curling on his lips, "Children need nap time, don't they? Leslie can take some rest too."

"Alright. Let's do that," Calix agreed. Darting his eyes to Leslie, he smiled lovingly, "You should rest too, sweetheart."

Leslie's cheeks flushed when Calix suddenly addressed her endearingly in front of Ryken, someone she had just met. A lovely shade of pink left a tint on her face.
