'I need to get to Meria. I don't care what else happens. I just want to get to Meria. Stop being so loud.'

The alarm rang in the emperor's ear, but he ignored it. 

He was running on instincts in his awakened form, and Kerin knew he needed to focus on saving Meria.

Gods cannot be allowed to roam the world freely.

There were a lot of restrictions when it came to gods and their usage of powers.

The best example of this was the goddess of the temple. 

She could not use her power directly, but she used her Saintess and the temple to ensure that her will was carried out.

Currently, Kerin is breaking this balance, causing the world to fall into peril. 

He should be more concerned about the world and what would happen to it, but all he could think about was Meria and getting to his omega.
