the story of Billy Carson from his first global rise to fame to his downfall.

Time skips four months

June 2001.

Over the next four months, Billy's life was suspended in a long process of work, effort, and numerous concerts in some areas near his home.

His best moments were spent in life with his mother, who, in all her determination, helped Billy fulfill all his commitments, from music to school, and learning about the industry. Agustina was a key piece in Billy's development as a superstar. He was nominated for the Billboard Awards and lost to Shaggy in two categories, but won in two categories as Top Billboard Album and Top New Artist. This celebration was applauded by Jerry and Ahmet, even by some bigwigs from Warner Music, who saw the potential in the boy. That was one of the triggers for Billy.

The categories are Top Artist, Top Female Artist, Top Male Artist, Top Billboard Album, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Hit Song, and Top New Artist.

For the Brit Awards ceremony, he had to state that he was a complete British participant. Ten of the awards in the ceremony were for British artists, and the rest of the awards were distributed among others. Jerry attended the ceremony; his nomination was questioned, but he was nominated as International Male Soloist for two simple reasons: his name, there's no band name or concept, but he lost against Eminem and U2. Outstanding Contribution to Music was celebrated by Jerry but losing never felt so bad.

Music, and the music world, is just a blast.

Now, for June, he's facing music festivals in the United Kingdom, in the cities of Reading and Leeds. Both festivals are held in the summer, along with the idea of making some recordings so they can upload videos on the famous MTV channel, a channel used for music and to showcase the new big advances of the time. It's the YouTube of the early 21st century, and as time goes by, it will be remembered.

Agustina and Billy were boarding a plane; they were both excited. It's the first time they can leave the country, and travel together, thanks to the record label covering all hotel expenses. Agustina had money to buy souvenirs, clothes, and delicious food.

-It's great that we're traveling together, my baby, - Agustina commented, embracing her son.

-You're right, Mother. We can do several things. I have two weeks of festivals, I'll perform three times, and well, I hope everyone enjoys it, - Billy commented, seeing Connor and Spencer not far away, even Huevo Azúcar participates as a second drummer, with a Jack Sauce who looked like a rocker; his personality was alternative.

-I'm so happy about this trip! Surely, we'll take a tour of London, visit the London Eye, Madame Tussauds, a Hard Rock Café... It's just pure happiness, - Agustina whispered. It was early morning, but the discomfort of the planes prevented them from sleeping; Connor heard everything, even though his eyes were closed.

The trip was planned by Jerry last year, but it was only told to Agustina a few weeks ago and to Billy a few days ago. The idea of traveling had already been on Billy's mind, but there was no confirmation from Jerry. Roy Elffen, in a way, made room for Billy after some ups and downs; his participation was just a call. Most likely, in the next year, they would participate in a major tour of the United States, something that the record label had been eagerly awaiting.

Even at Warner Music, there was talk that Billy's sudden success warrants a rights session and that he tops the list of artists with Warner Music. Only if young Billy takes off as he should, a future success is projected; all that's needed is a second hit. The second hit is considered one of the toughest in music; some bands take ten years to release a second hit.

-We'll do whatever you want, Mother, - Billy said, trying to sleep.

-That's fantastic. I think I'll have a drink; these trips only cause me discomfort, - Agustina murmured.

Billy smiled.

The next morning, they found themselves in a small black ten-seater van, heading to their location. The plane stopped nearby, but they still had two hours of travel by land transportation ahead of them.

First thing, exhaustion from the journey and the time change is enough to tire anyone out.

-Tomorrow we have to get up early to make sure the sound and the band's presentation must be impeccable, - commented Michael Ocklars, the son of another family of Jerry's, who was now Billy's agent when Jerry didn't have the time. For now, a trip of such magnitude is not something Jerry enjoys.

Everyone nodded in agreement. This allowed Michael to continue with the organizers, who, although only present for one person, were already in line with what they should do during the rock festival. The confirmations for the event are heavyweight names.

Travis, Manic Street Preachers, Eminem, and Billy Carson. Billy lost to Eminem at the Brit Awards, and his nomination was very controversial.

-Come on, sweetheart, we'll eat something and you'll rest a bit. You haven't slept very well, - Agustina commented, being one of the causes of the situation. Although they slept little and left the day before, at night, it's still a costly climate, as they've been without proper sleep for 24 hours.

-Let's go, tomorrow I have a rehearsal with the band,- said Billy, following his mother closely, while the other band members took their rooms.

-We brought everything, - Billy asked.

-Yes, and I also hope to buy that Liverpool shirt you like so much. Although I prefer Manchester United, that team isn't so bad, - Agustina commented.

-Heh, I think I'll settle for trying the homemade food here; they have good dishes. Although it sounds good, maybe we can go to the history museums, - Billy replied, still catching an idea.

Taking a small songwriting notebook, he began to write songs as a way to vent. He focused on reciting monologues, just as they did in the songs that had brief phrases at the beginning of the song.

-You're still writing - Billy's mother commented.

-I am, I'm trying to focus on my next album, and make it something about me. I'd like to put together some songs that I came up with in juvie, but now I feel like they're not quite right, - he replied.

-Let's go eat; the songs will come. Sooner or later. Besides, your song 'I Am Just a Kid' is good, - Agustina said.

-I've been searching for one that can tell everything I want to tell, - said Billy, but the songs they were sending him in the system were more than enough to leave a lasting impression

This is the beginning of the second season, although I call the first a prologue,

explaining little things that should be known, like who Billy is. This season, I will do it simply following my instincts, but I already have a map of the entire season, I think it has at least 100 chapters. but maybe there are slightly longer chapters.
