“Hope she doesn’t stumble over her own foot.” She sighed. “There’s no arguing that Rin has the skill to cruise up the country’s ranking but her habits of panicking and making mistakes at crucial moments are worrying. Last time she lost the BK League because of her nerves, and it was the same last 8 teams like this one too. I think she’s probably pressuring herself a lot right now.”

The two men turned to look at each other and sheepishly smiled. They knew that they would have to cheer for Rin with all their might since, in terms of dueling skill, Rin was good enough to easily take the trophy.

“I guess if there’s anything that can support Rin right now, we’ll have to give it our all,” Dani said.

“I think just getting nourishment from your shop’s desserts is enough. Last time I saw her eat almost 8 egg tarts on her own,” Joke said smilingly.

They both burst into laughter before Dani looked down at his watch. It was almost half past ten. He turned to give Joke a nod.
