Kapitel 129: Chapter 129

[Third Person's PoV]

When Peter and MJ arrived at school, they found Gwen, Harry, and Felicia waiting for them.

Gwen greeted them with a teasing smirk as they exchanged pleasantries. Shortly after, Lizzy arrived and wrapped her arm around Harry's, giving him a playful squeeze before noticing some changes.

"Is it me, or are your muscles bigger? And you're definitely taller..." Lizzy observed, standing on her tiptoes to get a closer look at him. "And you're more handsome too. What's going on? Did you get plastic surgery or something?"

Harry raised a brow at her comment. "Are you saying I wasn't handsome before?"

"You know what I mean," Lizzy rolled her eyes. "So?"

"It's puberty," Harry quickly explained, preempting any further questions.

"Mhmm," Lizzy responded skeptically. "Are you sure you're not taking drugs?"

Peter couldn't help but stifle a laugh, covering his mouth and looking away.

Rolling his eyes, Harry assured her, "I'm not."

Their conversation was interrupted by the bell signaling the start of class. The day passed without incident, and after school, Peter turned to Harry and Felicia.

"We'll meet you at training in a bit. You guys go ahead. My Aunt May wants to talk with MJ and Gwen."

"We can just go in? Isn't it heavily secured?" Felicia asked.

"Don't worry, Aria will let you in," Peter reassured them as they parted ways.

---

"So, how was it?" Gwen teased MJ with a smirk.

"You know?" MJ blushed slightly.

"A bit," Gwen replied knowingly.

Embarrassed, MJ covered her face. "Do I have to answer?"

Gwen glanced at Peter, who was walking smugly as he pushed his bike aside. "Maybe when it's just the two of us," she suggested, shaking her head at Peter's demeanor.

---

"He's not forcing you to be with him, is he?" Aunt May asked, looking at MJ and Gwen with concern.

"Aunt May, do you really think I would do something like that?" Peter defended himself, placing a hand over his heart.

"You shush, this is a conversation between me and them," Aunt May insisted, pointing a finger at Peter.

"No, Aunt May, Peter isn't forcing us," Gwen reassured with a teasing smile at Peter. "It was my idea in the first place."

"That's the part that confuses me. Why would you do it?" Aunt May inquired.

"Because I'm sexy as hell," Peter chimed in playfully.

Aunt May gave him a stern look, prompting Peter to gesture zipping his mouth and raising his hands in surrender. They delved into a deep discussion about their relationship and future together, explaining to Aunt May why they chose to date Peter simultaneously.

"There's a bright side to all of this. It means twice as many grandchildren for you in the future," Peter teased with a thumbs up.

Gwen and MJ blushed at the thought of having children, while Aunt May appeared lost in thought, imagining little children resembling Peter running around calling her grandmother.

Interlocking her fingers, Aunt May gave Peter a serious look. "Peter, if you somehow mess this up for me, I would never forgive you."

Rolling his eyes, Peter retorted, "Do you even love me at this point?"

---

After gaining Aunt May's approval and discussing potential future grandchildren, they all headed back to Peter's lab.

Once there, Peter addressed Gwen and MJ, "You guys can enter the VR world. I still need to complete my routine for today and attend to something important."

Gwen and MJ nodded, joining Harry and Felicia who were practicing their powers. Meanwhile, Peter changed into his Spider-Man outfit and summoned a single spider-bot. He upgraded it with high-tech sensors and light reflection panels, securing it in his utility belt before swinging away towards his destination.

As he made his way towards his destination, he stopped a couple of petty crimes due to his great speed and soon arrived on top of a building a few blocks away from Stark Industries.

Peter pressed his utility belt and out shot the spiderbot; on top of it was a little parachute made out of webs as it flew closer to Stark Industries.

Once it landed on the ground, Peter controlled it mentally and made it turn invisible while it crawled rapidly through the busy streets.

Through his lenses, Peter was able to see everything the spiderbot was seeing. "Aria, show me and guide me towards where the highest energy signatures are detected."

"I'm on it," Aria said with a serious expression, showing a blueprint image of Stark Industries.

"The main power source for Stark Industries is mainly in this building off to the side," she said, highlighting the section she was talking about.

Peter nodded and controlled the spiderbot to go towards it. Due to its small size, it was able to enter through the vents of the building and navigate through many twists and turns. It soon arrived at its destination.

There, Peter found many scientists in their lab coats examining the giant Arc Reactor, ensuring everything was in order and that all of its power was being distributed fairly.

Peter made the spiderbot climb down the wall while still undetectable and climb on top of the Arc Reactor.

"Aria, how long will it take for it to examine the entire thing?"

"Due to its size and the size of the spiderbot, it could take close to an hour."

"Alright, then begin the scanning. In the meantime, I'll go and be Spider-Man for a bit," he instructed as he jumped and swung away.

While patrolling, he saw two window washers hanging out of the side of a skyscraper, screaming out in panic. Luckily, Peter was able to swing by and save them.

"Thank you, Spider-Man!"

"Yeah, man, you saved our butts."

"You're welcome, random citizen," Peter said with a salute as he swung away.

Peter saw an old lady trying to cross the street but having trouble with bags in her hands. So he landed next to her, "Why don't I help you with those, miss?"

"That would be wonderful, thank you, sonny," the old lady said. Peter helped her cross the street and carry her bags.

"My house is just around the corner," the old lady said, pointing with shaky fingers.

After dropping her off, she reached into her purse. "Here, sonny, you've been such a good boy."

"Sorry, ma'am, but I don't accept money–" Peter stopped as he saw her pull out candy.

"Oh... Thank you then," Peter said as he ate the mint.

"Butterscotch... Yummy, I love butterscotch."

"I'm glad you like it," the old lady smiled at him before heading inside with her bags.

Peter then swung off again. As he was swinging from building to building, Aria informed him that the scan was completed.

Peter nodded as he waited for the spiderbot to come crawling back towards him. He picked it back up and swung back towards his lab.

"Aria, you know what to do," Peter said as he got changed and walked towards one of the capsules.

Once inside, Peter's consciousness was brought to the VR world, and his brain was bombarded with the information the spiderbot had gathered.

As he finished digesting the information, he looked around and noticed that everyone was engaged in practice missions and learning what to do during hostage situations, house fires, and how to safely apprehend someone without causing harm.

Peter smiled as he saw that and went to a different server to not disturb anyone.

"Alright, Aria, here's what we're going to do. We're going to make the Arc reactor as small as we can."

"What about the Sun Project?" Aria asked.

"We'll be mixing the two of them together. Inside the Arc reactor, there will be two cores of a sun orbiting each other, feeding into each other, giving us a supply of limitless energy. We'll essentially be creating a Fusion Reactor."

"The first step... Making a miniaturized Arc reactor. Aria, pull up all the information we gained about the Arc Reactor in front of me," Peter commanded.

Aria presented Peter with a holographic screen displaying all the acquired information.

And so Peter began to slowly break down the large Arc Reactor and take its main components and elements.

He stood in a digital replica of the Stark Industries lab, surrounded by virtual tools and components. Peter began by summoning a virtual model of the large Arc Reactor, watching as it materialized in front of him.

"Alright, let's start with the core," he muttered to himself. With a gesture, he isolated the palladium core, studying its virtual blueprint. He manipulated the model with his hands, rotating it and zooming in to understand every detail of its structure.

Next, he created a virtual copy of the core, reducing its size and adjusting its parameters to ensure it could still provide the necessary energy output. The VR interface allowed him to instantly see the effects of his changes, making the process much faster than in the real world.

Satisfied with the core, Peter moved on to the electromagnets. He used the virtual tools to deconstruct the large electromagnets, examining their functionality. He then designed smaller versions, simulating their electromagnetic fields to ensure they could stabilize the energy around the miniaturized core.

The cooling system was another critical component. In the virtual environment, Peter could test various designs quickly. He experimented with micro-cooling systems, running simulations to check for efficiency and effectiveness. The VR allowed him to see thermal maps and identify potential hotspots in real-time.

Peter worked tirelessly, iterating through designs and running countless simulations. The VR world offered unparalleled flexibility, letting him push the boundaries of his creativity and engineering skills.

Finally, after numerous tweaks and tests, Peter brought all the components together in the simulation. He watched as the miniaturized Arc Reactor assembled itself, each part fitting perfectly into place. He initiated a virtual startup sequence, holding his breath as the reactor hummed to life.

The holographic readouts showed stable energy output, efficient cooling, and a stable electromagnetic field. Peter smiled, knowing that he had successfully designed a miniaturized Arc Reactor.

"Aria, save this simulation. We have our prototype," he said, feeling a sense of accomplishment after hours and hours of trial and error.

Peter exited the capsule and returned to the real world, quickly realizing that all these projects required more money than he actually had available.

Deciding to expand his resources, Peter chose to diversify Parker Industries. Apart from his online games, he ventured into car manufacturing and other electronics. Due to his age, he needed his uncle's signatures for some transactions, but the business still flourished. During this time, his friends continued training diligently,

And before long, 2 weeks in the real world had passed.…
