Kapitel 10: Chapter 10 - Getting to know eachother
"Umm guys, you know I'm still here." JoJo interrupted Suki's weird actions.
'maybe he's not so bad.' I thought with a sigh of relief.
"Yeah, we should focus on the mission. Suki, do you know anything about the group chat?" I asked whilst looking at Suki, intrigued by her situation before being transported here.
"No, what's a 'group chat'?"
"Do you have a black box with you, something that looks like this?" I took out my phone given by the group chat and showed it to her as an example.
She started looking around, and then she saw it. On the ground where she first appeared was another phone, looking identical to my own. She went over and picked it up,
"Is this it," she asked with curiosity, she started to inspect it.
"Press this button to turn it on, then you should be able to see the group chat. If you read the chat logs you'll be able to understand what it is, and how it works." I explained whilst showing her how it works using my phone as an example.
"Raito, how old are you anyway?" JoJo asked out of nowhere, seemingly not liking being ignored.
"I'm 15, what about you?" I asked back, curious to get to know more information about the second most interesting member. The first is Suki the vampire queen.
"HA you're so young, I'm 18 years old. An actual adult." He said in his usual cocky tone, something that got on my nerves.
'Wait how did I forget this? He's speaking English right, so then why can I hear it in Japanese, Suki seems to be speaking Japanese as well. Does the group chat have a real-life language translation?"
"By the way JoJo, what language are you speaking right now?"
"English obviously, the same as you."
"I'm not speaking English."
"Wait what! So that means it's the same as the group chat translation, that's pretty convenient huh."
"Yeah, it seems so."
"..."
"Are you guys seriously from another world?." Suki broke the silence between us with her sudden question.
"Yes, did you see the photo? That's an image of the capital of the country I live in." I answered her question, deciding to focus back on her and her circumstances.
"Yeah, it was... Beautiful." A dazed look appeared on her face, and then a beautiful smile that went from ear to ear replaced the dazed look.
"I just realised, I'm free." She said to herself, a mixture of emotions in her tone. Being the obnoxious guy he is, JoJo decided to interrupt her moment.
"So, are you gonna open your welcoming gift or what? I got something pretty extraordinary from it. Wanna hear what it was?"
"no." She responded flatly.
Something I've noticed is that her facial expressions and tone of voice haven't changed much. She truly is a mystery, a mystery I want to solve. I just hope my curiosity doesn't, so to speak, 'kill the cat', but I doubt there isn't going to be any consequences.
"Just press on this button, then click on the icon with the gift box in it," I explained, using my phone as an example again.
"uhuh." She said whilst nodding her head and following my instructions, finally appearing at her inventory. She quickly pressed on her gift box and the reward she got was.
['Caged Vampire Queen' has received: 1x teleportation magic item]
"That's... perfect. I'm so happy right now Raito." She said cheerfully, proceeding to hold my arm to her chest, her very flat chest and her arms were wrapped around my arm. She rested her head against the top of my arm with a content smile on her face, occasionally rubbing her head against my arm like a cute cat.
"Do you mind telling us a bit about yourself, I'm curious about your circumstances and the world you originate from," I asked straight forward, seeing how affectionate she is for me I doubt she won't answer my question.
"I don't mind, but maybe when we're alone. It's just there's some unpleasant company." She said whilst taking glances at JoJo, obviously not liking him either.
"Hey come on, how am I unpleasant? Granny Erina says I'm charming, I've even had a couple of girlfriends before." JoJo protested, trying to seem as cool as possible. Failing miserably by the disdainful look on Suki's face.
"Yeah right, That Erina lady is lying to you." Suki jabbed back with a frown on her face, finding JoJo as annoying as I was.
"I'll show you something that will open your eyes to how amazing I truly am. The next words you'll say are 'Amazing? You, ha don't make me laugh."
"Amazing? You, ha don't make me la-what how did you know that. Hmph whatever. Raito he's annoying me, let's leave him behind."
'so he is a genius, incredibly so. His prediction skills match up with my own, but I've also identified several weaknesses. I'll just keep an eye on him just to make sure. I'm more concerned about Suki, she's a lot more mysterious and even though it seems she follows what I say, we just met and I can not trust her.'
"Even though I too find him annoying, we must remember we are on a mission. An unknown mission to kill an unknown being. There are a lot of unknowns, so we must stick together and be prepared for anything."
"Fine, whatever. As long as you're there, I guess it's fine."
"Hey, stop bullying me guys. I'm nice too you know. Look at this devilishly charming smile that swoons all the ladies." He proceeded to smile, something that looked creepy and forced.
"You used the wrong word, it scares all the ladies. Not swoon, that's for sure." Suki took the words right out of my mouth, I guess we think somewhat alike.

This chapter seemed to kind of just beeing about bullying Joseph. Whilst it may seem like that, its just conflicting personalities and how Yue, who I'm going to refer to as Suki from now on, has a very sharp tongue.
I think JoJos the kind of guy to grow on someone. A bit much at first but once you fight a battle or two, you become best friends. Kinda like Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli.
I'm writing this chapter just before going to bed, so if it's a little worse than normal that's why. I hope you still enjoy and peace
