Hm, he's eyeing me pretty warily and keeping his distance...guess that means using my guns has put him on edge, this all but confirms that he's never seen one before.

Gotta say, it's pretty encouraging to find out that guns don't exist even in the rest of this world, outside of this island continent...more specifically, outside of my Mercenary's Item Box.

It does make sense though. Even though the rest of the world is at a high enough technological level to create airships, it's understandable that they wouldn't have thought of making guns.

For the simple fact that Magic exists...to the people of this world, it's likely pretty inconceivable to think of creating a weapon that'd be more effective than Magic.

Sword, spears, arrows, daggers, and so on, all of those weapons exist in this world, but in a direct fight against Magic, such weapons would fall short.
