This might be the last time I use one of my guns for real...Phantom Copy is technically Magic, since my Item Box converts my stamina into Mana to fuel it.

His Magic Negation could possibly render any Phantom Copies I create useless, so I'm using real bullets to kill him, I'm taking absolutely no chances with this...

"Hey, tell me...what do you think of this world?" He suddenly asked me, the look of fear in his eyes fading as he laid down on the floor, a look of defeat and acceptance on his face as he stared up at the ceiling with a slight, bitter smile.

Uh...where did that come from? I don't sense the will to fight from him anymore, it looks like he's genuinely resigned himself to his fate. Alright, why not, I'll humor him for a bit...

"Huh? I mean, I guess it's kind of a shithole when compared to the modern society of our previous lives. Well, that's a bit of an understatement, isn't it?" I shrugged in bemusement, not really sure what to say.
