Kapitel 79: Black Book

The black book that he touched was no longer in his hand, but strangely he could feel his connection with Church of the Otherside and Mistborn resonate at the same time as if they swallowed or stored the book.

 The only thing that remained was the presence of Number Three and Four.

'What happened?'

Asked Talon in worry, the feeling couldn't be compared to anything Talon felt before.

Pain? 

That was something that he was used to.

But this wasn't painful like his breakthroughs, nor was it something that he felt joy in.

This was just a feeling that faded as quickly as it came, without pain, without joy, but now, because of this, something lingered.

Something akin to a feeling that he could touch, that he could reach.

So, he tried to reach for the feeling, and at the moment, even his fingertips felt like they touched something.

And as they did, Talon now truly felt it in his hands.
