"Mr. Liang, is that you?"
Upon seeing the visitor, Chen Chang'an was taken aback.
Before him stood an elderly man over sixty, his slightly wrinkled face marked with faint lines of age.
The old man stood there, clad in simple and unadorned clothing. Yet his eyes were full of vitality, as if he were an actual God walking among mortals.
This man was none other than Mr. Liang Renxing, whom Chen Chang'an first met at the auction in Tianxiang Pavilion.
Chen Chang'an had a certain fondness for this elderly gentleman, and the latter's suggestion of visiting the Daqian Kingdom wasn't untrue.
To his surprise, the man visited him first before he could make the trip.
Chen Chang'an certainly did not expect Mr. Liang to be present at this meeting.
"Greetings, Master Chen," the elderly man said as he bowed to Chen Chang'an, his aged voice echoing in the air.
"Please, sir, there is no need for such formality." Chen Chang'an promptly returned the gesture.
