Kapitel 57: I'm not hiding, I'm thinking

She stretched, yawned, and flopped back on the bed. It was smaller than the one in the palace.

The boys refused to tell her when they'd go back home, but she had a feel for this kind of thing. Her fun little getaway with the boys was almost over. 

Perhaps it was unreasonable that a part of her dreaded going back when 'going back' was to a palace full of servants.

But it was also full of duties. Responsibilities. A group of people trying to kill her for the sins of her mother.

hoenix believes in me, though.

She nodded to herself.

Even if she didn't believe in herself, he did. And he'd know better than her.

She rolled onto her stomach with a groan and kicked her legs lightly. "I don't wanna think about that right now!"

She'd think about empress things after the vacation was over. This one wasn't...yet!
