"Old Granny, let me make this clear to you before we proceed."
William Cole cheerfully looked at the Old Granny, "There are still a dozen or so worms like this in your brain, but don't worry, I've already gotten rid of the two biggest ones."
"You'll be okay for a while."
"I'm probably the only person in the world who can coax the worms out of your brain using a silver needle."
"Of course, if you don't believe me, feel free to look for other doctors to perform your surgery. I'm just not sure if your old age will allow you to survive a craniotomy?" William Cole said, offering a knowing smile.
Old Granny's face turned ashen.
She never expected to be threatened by William Cole in this way.
"Huff!"
Old Granny took a deep breath, then said, "William Cole, I promise you. If you remove all the worms from my brain now, I can assure you that I will let you go."
"And you can leave with Ruth Dawn, and Ruth Dawn's child is yours!"
Hearing this, William Cole chuckled to himself.
