At 4 p.m., Green Dragon parked his car by the roadside, conveniently near a café in the university town.

The café wasn't particularly upscale, but it wasn't rundown either, and it was tastefully decorated.

After dropping off William Cole, Green Dragon left to attend to Northern China Business Association matters and sent an invitation to Ruth Dawn in passing.

William entered the café alone and saw a group of foreign young men with dreadlocks seated inside.

A few pretty-looking girls who appeared to be university students with a girl-next-door charm were also present.

The group was chatting and laughing, with the foreign young men telling dirty jokes in broken Chinese.

William frowned, ignored them, chose a quiet corner, and ordered a pot of tea to slowly sip and relax.

"One pot of the finest Oolong, please."

William's voice was not loud, but it attracted the attention of the foreign young men.

"Look at this wimp, so puny and weak!"
