Kapitel 128: Chapter 128: Innocence

"Ruth—"

William Cole awoke abruptly, noticing his body was pierced with a multitude of tubes.

He hastily pulled out these tubes and picked up his phone, only to find it was out of power.

Cole dashed out of his room, intending to find a charger, as he was desperate to know Ruth Dawn's situation.

Cole clearly remembered when he had collapsed, Charles Warner and others arrived; Ruth should have been safe.

However, without seeing Ruth himself, Cole couldn't be at ease.

Cole's intensive care floor was relatively empty, so he took the elevator, aiming to check the floor below.

As he exited the elevator, he ran into Eloise Torres and others.

Eloise and her group were originally vacating blissfully at Dragon Soar villa, happily taking photos and posting them on Moments, when they received a call about Ruth's abduction, which push them to rush to the hospital.

"Cole, how is Ruth?" asked a frantic Eloise Torres.

"She was fine, so how did she suddenly get kidnapped?"
