Ruth Dawn was working in her study.

Having also stayed up all night with seemingly nothing to do, William Cole was sitting on the sofa in the living room, reviewing "Ghost Gate Thirteen Needles" and "Human Body's 720 Acupoints" in his mind.

He stayed awake all night without feeling drowsy.

By the early morning of the next day, he was even more energetic.

"Squeak."

At this moment,

Ruth emerged from her study, looking somewhat worn-out.

In her hand, she held a bidding document that she had worked on through the night.

"Sweetheart, you should take a rest. I'll go make breakfast for you," William suggested as he stepped forward.

"What breakfast? The bidding starts at nine, and it's already half-past seven. Is there even time?" Ruth gave William a cold glance before entering the washroom to freshen up.

An hour later, William drove Ruth to the bidding venue.

Upon arriving, they saw hundreds of people gathered.

Both Maxim Lawson and Eddie Brews were there as well.
