Kapitel 82: Chapter 82: Oil residue

Gloria brought back a few more bamboo pieces, all smaller than the current one. After comparing, Clara had Gloria take over the oil pan, while she busied herself with chopping bamboo.

In order to hide her special function, Clara deliberately acted very hard, using the thickest part as a cover. The smaller one was used as a bamboo tube, and she cut a dozen bamboo bowls. Bamboo was really a treasure, with many knots and thick texture.

Clara decided that they should still make clay pots! The march of civilization must not be disrupted. With fire and iron tools, making clay pots was a necessary step forward.

Moreover, clay pot was more practical than bamboo tubes and could be used to store food in the future.

Gloria was learning from Clara how to render fat. Clara had already rendered a pot of golden oil residue, and it made Gloria salivate continuously. "Clara! Can we eat this golden stuff?"

"Yes! You can eat it. It's delicious."
