After Rei had her second breakfast of the day, Holly took her leave as she had her own work to busy with, leaving Rei with the two men in the room. While having the soft and fluffy blueberry pancakes as after meal dessert, the three discussed the Eagle Claw royal guard squad matters in detail.

"So... Just for a double checking... Rei, you are very certain that the Eagle Claw royal guard squad is exclusively for the Qin Emperor only and no one else has the right to give command to them, am I right?" Ben asked as he carefully recorded all the details in a notebook.

"Yes, I am very certain of it," said Rei.

"Not even someone with a high rank as Prince Ya?" Ben asked again.

"No, even the Empress Dowager doesn't have the right as well," said Rei.

"I see. That's all from me I guess... Anything to add on?" Ben asked as he looked at the King.

The King shook his head with a thoughtful look.
