This was a contract that was virtually no different from not signing at all and posed no restrictions for the titan. Yet for those weaker deities, this dispensable contract was a form of psychological comfort. At the very least, it suggested that as long as they didn't provoke the Titans, they would not recklessly utilize the cannon to slaughter gods.
