"Knock, knock, knock!"
"Dio, meeting downstairs."
Kaldur'ahm said after knocking on the door.
"I'll be right there."
Dio replied and heard him walking away.
"I have to go now, Van. You can call me later if you need anything."
Dio said on the phone.
"Okay, see you later."
Dio hangs up the phone, gets up, leaves his room, and goes down to the lower part of the floor where all the Titans members are with Batman and Green Lantern.
Dio went down the stairs and stood beside Robin. In front of them are Batman, Green Lantern, and Raven.
"The mission wasn't a complete success since Mammoth escaped again, but the main objective was achieved."
Batman began to speak.
"And regarding Miss Raven's situation, we decided it would be better for her protection if she teams up with you for now."
Batman continued.
"If you accept, of course. We won't force you to live with anyone you don't want to."
The Green Lantern added.
Robin looked at everyone's faces to check for any objections, but they all seemed fine with it, and Koriand'r was jumping for joy.
"We agree. Welcome to the team, Raven."
Robin said.
Raven just nodded without showing emotion.
"It's settled, then. Green Lantern and I will return to the League's base. We need to update the others about this incidents."
Batman said and went to the elevator with Green Lantern by his side.
"It was a pleasure seeing all of you again, kids."
Green Lantern said this and waved when the elevator doors closed.
After the adults left, they just sat there and looked at each other. Then, Wally made a great suggestion.
"How about a welcome party?"
Wally turned around and came back with a bunch of stacked pizza boxes without waiting for a response.
They were all starving, so there was no refusal.
They sat on the floor in front of the couch in a circle while Wally made another trip, this time coming back with several cans of soda, and then we attacked the food.
"You should think of your superhero name. It took me a while to come up with mine."
Koriand'r said this while holding two slices of pizza with different toppings in each hand.
"Superhero name?"
Raven asked with confusion and was surprised at the lack of table manners at Koriand'r's place.
"A name to use when we're on a mission, to hide your identity, you know,"
Wally explained, eating more and faster than Koriand'r.
"I never thought about that," she replied.
"You should know because as heroes, we wouldn't have any peace in our lives if everyone found out our real names."
Robin said this while eating his slice with a fork and knife, like a prince who learned etiquette from an English butler.
"I don't need that, as I have no civilian life."
Raven said.
"I also don't have a civilian life on the land, but it's very useful to have at least one real name to enjoy a normal life, even if it's not normal."
Kaldur'ahm said, while also eating one slice at a time like a normal human.
"I don't know if I want a normal life."
Raven refused again.
"For now, maybe not, but who knows in the future? So it's better to be prepared."
Roy spoke up for the first time since they returned from the mission.
"I don't know what name to choose then."
Raven gave up.
"How about just Raven?"
Dio suggested.
"That's not a good suggestion; you didn't even remove just one letter."
Koriand'r rejected his suggestion before Ravena could even respond.
"It wasn't my intention. I was suggesting 'raven' literally because when she used her magic before, a black raven appeared."
Dio explained.
Ravena has another name, Rachel Roth, but she introduced herself as Raven, which means that's the name she chose, whether intentionally or not.
"Raven, I like it."
Raven said this and made a slightly strange face as she looked at Dio.
At first, Dio didn't understand, but then he saw her lips tremble a bit.
She was trying to contain the joy of having her name, which was quite cute.
"It's settled then. Welcome to the team officially, Raven."
Kaldur'ahm said, then followed by everyone else celebrating the birth of a new heroine, who is currently the strongest in the group.
"Who wants ice cream?"
Wally asked and stood up in a good mood.
So, the welcome party continued.
Raven didn't interact much, as she is very controlled in her actions.
The most she did was respond to the questions asked without revealing much personal information.
She wasn't doing much, but it didn't seem to bother her, and it didn't change the mood of the party.
The same thing happened until one in the morning when Koriand'r called Raven into her room because the girl didn't have any personal items with her and was interested in the things that only Koriand'r had.
In the end, only Dick, Roy, and Dio were left sitting on the floor.
Unlike before, the atmosphere was a bit tense.
"Are you going to tell me what's going on?"
Dick asked.
"It's about the rookie. We agreed to handle things on our own, so don't interfere, Dick."
Roy said this while looking at Dio.
"I agree. We have to deal with this ourselves."
Dio said and looked at Dick.
Dick wasn't happy with that and stared at the two of them for a few seconds before getting up.
"Fine, but don't cross the line. I'll be watching."
Dick said that and walked away.
"Shall we?"
Dio asked.
"Let's,"
Roy replied.
They both stood up and walked to the elevator.
When the door opened, they both entered, and Roy pressed the button for the ground floor.
It didn't take long for the door to open again, and they both headed to the back of the ground floor, which led to the agreed location.
The entire way was made in silence, and neither of them even looked at each other.
After walking a few meters, they reached the back of the Tower, an area with only grass and open space.
With Roy a few meters away from Dio, it was Dio who broke the silence.
"I don't want to waste too much time on this, so let me ask, what's your problem with me?"
