Arthur stared blankly at the abruptly disconnected communicator, and a profound anger were swiftly rising in his eyes, "Did she think that once she arrived in the Royal Durian Capital City, I'd be unable to handle things?"

"Father, she dared speaking to you like this, isn't Amalia afraid we might go after her foster parents?" Alex asked cautiously.

In just a moment, Arthur's anger seemed to dissipate, and a hint of seriousness crept into the lines on his forehead.

"Father, what's wrong?" Alex asked, and careful in his approach.

"Amalia seems to be quite confident," Arthur pondered.

Alex was shocked, "But isn't she so humble from the beginnings? She was before, and now she's nothing, how can she be so confident?"

"She deceived us before. Something must have happened while she was helping someone repairing an artifacts," Arthur reasoned. 

"Father..." Alex wanted to say something but was stopped by Arthur's raised hand.
