**The Old King's Palace in Edo**
Edo was bursting with vitality, attractiveness, luxury, and elegance as everyone in the city wore broad smiles on their faces. Children played freely throughout the city without fear due to the presence of KE forces spread everywhere across Nippon.
No longer were there criminals; they had been executed, killed, or imprisoned depending on their cases.
Nippon was rapidly advancing, all thanks to their ruler and future Emperor, Kagayaku Eien No Kami Shinomori.
Following the blessing meteorites released by their future Emperor, the people gained immense physical, mental, and spiritual strength. Their intelligence and wisdom increased, hereditary and personal diseases disappeared, and those who had been limbless since birth or due to accidents regenerated their limbs.
Hope filled the people's souls to the extent that they thought they were dreaming and feared losing everything.
Streets were being paved, and hospitals, clinics, and schools were continuously being built, especially schools since KE had given Daichi a manuscript for constructing a grand school named the Supreme Imperial College.

Suddenly, everyone in Edo stopped in shock to see a pillar of golden light descending from heaven onto the old king's palace.
KE forces immediately headed towards the palace to protect Ryota and Miyako, but then, they stopped in their tracks.
"Do not worry, it is me, I have returned." Hearing the familiar voice that everyone in Nippon heard when they were blessed by the meteorites, everyone calmed down and bowed to the ground, acknowledging the arrival of their Emperor. "Sigh, continue with your work and regain peace."
His voice was heard by all in Edo, and his forces, the Civil Defense Army, returned to their positions to restore peace, as no one dared act foolishly in their Emperor's presence.
Ryota and Miyako hurried to the site of KE's descent.
When they arrived, the golden light pillar vanished, and KE emerged first.
"KE!!!" Miyako rushed to him and hugged him as if she would never let go, while Ryota embraced them both.
"You will not go outside again, okay? You will stay here with us." Everyone from the Hidden Smithing Village and his wives, Raizel, and the men smiled and gave them some space.
Only his wives, Tetsuya, Yoko, Raizel, and the men who became his guards would remain here. The rest had already been taken away by the guards.
"Do not worry, Mom, Dad, I am here and will not go... at least not now." Miyako smiled at first but grabbed his ear when he finished his sentence.
"Brat, just because you've grown taller doesn't mean you can do whatever you want," everyone laughed seeing their interaction.
"KE, tell your father who these people behind you are." Of course, Ryota knew who Kanae, Raizel, and the rest were, but the others were unknown.
KE coughed nervously, "Well, this is Jiji, the patriarch of the Kotobuki clan and the current leader of the Hidden Smithing Village. This is Aunt Yoko, his wife. These are my guards, M-21, Raven, Takeo, and Tao. They are strong, at least as strong as you, Dad."
Ryota and Miyako nodded, sensing the strength of the four men, which was enough to be the royal guards for their son.
KE finally turned to his wives, "Well, as shocking as it may be, let me say these beautiful girls, for whom kingdoms would start wars, are my wives."
Silence ensued.
The place was dead silent; Ryota and Miyako did not expect their son, who had left for a week, to return with wives. But KE braced himself, "Ahem, this is Kanae, you know everything about her. This is Gaya and her sister Alaya, they are goddesses. This is Seira, the Goddess of Death and head of the Loyard clan."
"And this is Mitsuri, Kanae's friend and one of the Hashira for the demon slayer squad. And this is Emilia, whom you know exists." Miyako pulled KE's ear.
"You've become quite rebellious. I don't mind you marrying, and I know they are wonderful, but why didn't you tell us?" While Miyako disciplined him, Ryota rubbed his head, feeling a massive headache coming from his son.
"Okay, Miyako, let him be. There must be a reason. I mean, it's impossible for someone to fall in love this fast, especially our child." Indeed, there were many reasons, the first being KE didn't want to have regrets anymore.
Secondly, his integration period with his artifact of god-level took 13 years, during which he was conscious while everything around him turned into darkness.
This was essentially unnatural torture, but it taught KE how valuable his family, wives, friends, and people are.
Now, KE, the current one, would never let anyone from his people get hurt or wronged in his presence. He is a true emperor meant to protect his race and the people of his empire.
After explaining everything to them, Miyako raised her eyebrows, "So, you're saying you're 16 years old now?" KE nodded, while Ryota remained silent.
"Sigh, I understand now, Miyako. Our son has returned. Let's go have breakfast and talk with our daughters-in-law." Ryota looked at Miyako, then at his daughters-in-law with a smile, while KE secretly gave his father a thumbs up for changing the subject.
"Ahem, Mom, I'll leave the rest to you." KE winked at her and quickly took his father, Raizel, and the men away.
Miyako was actually very calm. She wasn't angry but happy that her son had brought his wives. This meant she could become a grandmother and hold her adorable grandchildren.
She turned to the girls and smiled, "Let's have a talk while breakfast is being prepared. We'll have some time... to talk." The girls felt a sense of danger and tension, even Gaya and Alaya, but they calmed down remembering Kanae's reminders in the dimensional cube.
They knew Miyako would never hurt them; instead, she would test them and remind them of their weaknesses. They were the wives of her ideal son, so she wanted them to be perfect.
"Welcome back, Your Majesty," greeted Sebastian as KE pushed the door open, making him smile.
"Yes, I have returned, Sebastian." Sebastian had been waiting for KE's return, which would change the course of the empire. His instinct told him KE would do something similar to his grandfather back then.
"Your Majesty, your work seems to be done. Daichi has already arrived, and the rest will be here in about half an hour." Sebastian worked day and night, whether purifying Etheora within his body or working as KE's secretary. It was exhausting, especially since KE wasn't there, and he had to work with Miyako and Ryota.
Indeed, Miyako and Ryota were working again now that the Shinomori clan had regained its rightful place as the rulers of Nippon. With many tasks and a lack of manpower, they hardly slept.
Fortunately, Mana-chan (previously Gaya, the AI) worked 24/7, producing alchemy pills according to KE's teachings, or else they would have already collapsed from exhaustion.
Kyumi, Akihiro, and Dante led KE's Civil Defense Army, training in combat and purifying Etheora within their bodies.

After some time, everyone entered the living room, which was larger than a huge villa.
Daichi quickly stood up and bowed to KE, "Your Majesty, welcome back."
"Hello, it's been a while since we last met, Daichi." Daichi was slightly shocked by the changes in KE, whether his height, appearance, clothes, or the aura of mystery, prestige, and majesty. He still remembered the phenomenon when infinite meteorites fell, all coming from the person in front of him.
