"Is it too early?"

Milton Cheney spoke softly.

He wasn't resisting the idea of touring the kingdom, nor was he afraid.

He felt it was too early because in the Frostwinter Kingdom, offspring of big families typically chose to tour the kingdom only after they had come of age.

Adulthood in the Frostwinter Kingdom was defined as twenty years old.

And currently, Milton was just eighteen!

"You're saying you're too young, aren't you? Have you ever thought about what others were doing when they were eighteen? They cannot be compared to you."

"Do you think everyone becomes a Grand Knight at eighteen like you?"

Earl Arthur knew very well what was on Milton's mind, hence, he spoke in a somewhat teasing manner.

Milton was like an uncut jade gem in his eyes.
