Unflinching, Milton Cheney slashed open the throat of the black-clad man before him, fresh blood spraying across the ground.

"That makes twelve."

"More Death Warriors, the Black Robe Seekers' Club methods are getting more rudimentary."

Milton Cheney put away his Knight Sword, muttering to himself.

At first, the ones who went near the estate were some Death Warriors of Official Knight Level.

In recent days even the Official Knights were nowhere to be found, all that's left are Death Warriors at the Quasi-Knight Level.

That these Death Warriors could approach the estate was clearly orchestrated by Earl Arthur. Without him, these cannon fodder wouldn't be able to get anywhere near the Golden Lion Family's core area.

"Are they planning to numb us with these Death Warriors? Then attack when our guards are down?"

That was a possibility Milton could think of.
