When Vanessa Aria saw the two police officers, she scoffed coldly, and wrapped her bathrobe unhurriedly.

A wave of anger flashed in her eyes—they truly dared to call the police.

"Romilly Powell, right?" One of the police officers took out his badge and waved it in front of Vanessa Aria.

"Someone reported you for intentional assault, please come with us to the police station for investigations," the officer stated.

Vanessa Aria brushed back her damp hair, leaning on the doorframe and spoke nonchalantly, "Intentional assault? I think you must be mistaken, officer. How can I, a weak and helpless woman, possibly assault someone intentionally?"

The two officers exchanged looks. Based on the surveillance footage, the woman in front of them was anything but weak. The force with which she assaulted a man with a beer bottle outdid even that of a man. They couldn't reconcile the woman in the footage with the one acting coy before them.
