Not only did Lumma have to manage Adam's drink, but she also had to manage the food he brought to his mouth. Lumma wouldn't let anyone bring the food he didn't like to him.

During the meal, Lumma was busy taking care of Adam. By the time she started eating, her food was cold, and her stomach was protesting.

Adam had gotten used to Lumma, his assistant, handling everything for him, and he saw no problem with her taking care of him tonight.

Louisa was so angry that she squeezed Callum's arm. It was all Adam's fault. Louisa had invited her friends to dinner, and now it had turned into this mess.

Callum grabbed her hand. "After dinner, what do you all want to do?"

Adam replied, "Whatever."

Louisa looked at Lumma. "Lumma, what do you want to do?"

"I don't want to play..." Lumma started to speak, but then she felt nauseous, and she rushed to the restroom.
