Earth had changed and Scarlet could hardly recognize the old world from the new one it had become. It had been rebuilt into a more developed world. It wasn't half as developed as the Sun star or most of the other empires in the alliance but it was not the same small fish at the bottom of the sea anymore. 

Immediately noticeable were the flying cars, armor, artificial intelligence which was everywhere. Drones, tall city walls, bionic scans, clean roads and extra.
