"You are not helping." She told the deity.

His words did not put her at ease in any way. If the goal was to make her hesitate, he was accomplishing it.

"I am here to help with your training because she told me to. Putting you at ease is another favor she will owe me."

"You keep talking about her but you don't really tell me who she is. Seriously, Apheitos share the knowledge and make it easy on me. Who is the mystery woman that would get a deity to train a grim reaper? Is it the soul of my dead mother?"

The deity picked her up roughly as if he was carrying a chicken and teleported them out of the space ship. The grim reaper was talking nonsense obviously because what would he be doing with the soul of her dead mother?

The grim reaper was very chatty and she often spoke nonsense. Being with her all day was very exhausting.

"You don't have to carry me like baggage, I can teleport and follow you." She told him.

"Shut up." He replied.
