She gasped and her eyes widened as she took in the shock of his answer. Visions of children being beheaded made their way through her troubled mind which was struggling to make sense of his cold answer.

Suddenly it made sense why Bibi was terrified of the RGB coming for Caleb, they would take him and kill him.

"Don't torture yourself with the harsh reality of our existence. It is they way things are done and how they have always been done." He further said when he saw the rapid movement of her eyes as she thought about many things.

"It doesn't have to be that way." She said softly. "There is a solution, my experiments have yielded positive results. We should tell the emperor to stop the killings immediately."
