Kapitel 297: Esong could be a glutton

Esong's greedy eyes moved over to the food which whose strong inviting smell kept drawing him in as smoke escaped from open the pan. 

"Esong!!" she shook his arm, "Tell me as I plate the food, will it be possible for me to visit the grey star?" She walked away from him and put food on the plates, it was rice and a thick beef curry. 

His eyes could not look away from the plates and he licked his lips. 

Just as she was about to complain again, he looked away from the plates and told her, "I already made a request to the emperor about this exact issue. I am expecting a response from him soon. If possible I would make him lift it today itself but I can't because he is the emperor and his decisions cannot be rushed."
