Zephyir nodded, his eyes focused and determined. "Yeah, in the meantime, I need to consolidate my power and increase the physical strength and stamina of my body."

"Suppose I failed to integrate the remaining poison in my blood. In that case, there's a bigger possibility that the first personality would be lost forever, as well as my werewolf abilities," he explained. "We also need to carry on with the mission of the council, not for their use but for our own use. The pack may need to prepare to take over this city sooner."

"Wait! What? We need to take over this fallen city?" Seraphyne's surprise was evident in her voice. She couldn't help but wonder if the first personality, the pack's Alpha, would agree with this plan.
