It was a building to be used as they wished, built with funds donated by various countries.

It was also a place where leaders would gather with the Grand Magus as mediators in the whole thing.

A city named Ion City was the city where the main base of the Noble Guild was located, and there were a number of buildings owned by the guild located in the city.

There was a crafting shop, where items would be brought in and new enchantments tested again and again until a product was made that could be sold to the general public.

Then there was the guild base itself, more like a miniature academy taking up a vast amount of land in the city.
