Kapitel 113: Calculated Ignorance

The dashing goblin covered a decent distance in those couple of seconds. But, as even Rizz expected, the cheetahkin woman soon shook off the jarring effects from Touch of Darkness. And she blitzed past him to cut him off yet again. 

When Rizz "unknowingly" reached out again, she reflexively crossed one arm over her chest and grabbed him by the wrist. 

"Why won't you just listen and let me help you?" questioned the cheetahkin. 

In reply, Rizz tilted his chin down while looking up at her frustrated, furry face. "I recommend you let go. Before you end up with a wardrobe malfunction."

She hesitantly loosed her grip on his wrist. "Why are you not letting me help you? I'm trying to be kind–"

"And, as you've noticed, I'm trying to be an asshole. Cause that's how I feel after losing my hard-earned EXP," Rizz retorted with another eye roll. "Did I not give you enough hints? Why can't you just let me be?"
