  After two years, Kai Syaoran had finally revived his romantic relationship with Zhao Lusi leaving Red Lotu in the dust, or so he thought.

He had also come up with new remedies, portions and pills for the mortals. He was now able to heal most mortal ailments. His goal was to heal all ailments but some diseases were just unbeatable matter how many experiments he carried out, these diseases just seemed to have no solution. He hypothesised that these diseases were heaven's way of making sure that mortals remain mortals. If no disease can kill them, how could they be called mortals?
