Kapitel 54: Chapter 54: Tremendous Change

After finishing their banter, Jack Clark and Justin Welan joined the frolicking group of youths, weaving through the sea of lotus leaves.

By the time Crystal Lewis and her friends had taken plenty of photos, it was already noon.

The group found a somewhat upscale restaurant within the scenic area to settle lunch, and Justin Welan generously took care of the bill.

After lunch, the afternoon was free for leisure.

On this sweltering summer day, Justin Welan and Laurant Quartley and Sawyer Levin found a lakeside pavilion to go fishing while Crystal Lewis and the other girls wandered off to do who knows what.

Meanwhile, Jack Clark crossed the lake's corridor to a small island with a large tree planted at the center, its shade spanning over ten meters.

The space under the tree was laid with grass, lush and inviting, with a gentle breeze blowing and lotus flowers in view all around.

This place was perfect for a nap.
