Layla took her eyes off her phone and looked at her, "Huh? What's that?"

Chloe: "Explain your intentions to him."

Layla suddenly reacted, straightening up, "No! Not yet!"

She thought for a moment, "Am I overthinking it? Maybe Mr. Carrington didn't think that way at all? If I explain rashly that I'm not interested in him, it might be awkward, right?"

Chloe smiled faintly, "Do you think that much too?"

Layla leaned back in her chair, "After all, it's about... feelings, can't be careless."

"You should think carefully, then."
