Kapitel 112: ALONE AND TRAPPED I

I regained consciousness to find him seated on the sole chair in the room. Clothes were strewn across the floor, reeking with their stale odor. A half-empty bottle of liquor lay at his feet, and a cigarette smoldered between his fingers, filling the air with wisps of smoke. His intense gaze bore into me as I struggled to sit up, only to discover my hand securely tied to the bed frame. Pain pulsed through my body, silencing any urge to scream.

He continued drinking and smoking, his eyes never leaving me. I glanced towards the slightly ajar door, allowing a faint breeze to drift in. I noticed it was night as no sunlight filtered through the door or window. The only illumination in the dim room came from a nearly dead small touch light. I glared at him with seething resentment.
