Kapitel 27: Chapter 27 - Something That Shouldn't Exist
It was already noon the day after they returned and tomorrow was the start of the Chuunin Exams. When they came back from their voyage, a lot had happened.
Not to the Senju's, but unexpectedly, to the Hyúga's!
Many villages, small or big had taken their people to join or watch the Chuunin Exams. What Sukuna didn't account for is that the Raikage and Mizukage had taken their potential Chuunin here!
To his memories, they didn't even attend the Chuunin Exams before!
'It seems that Hiruzen is trying to forcefully create an alliance regardless of the cost. With the 3rd war's incident where he sacrificed Hiashi's brother, the Hyúga's definitely wouldn't accept this' Sukuna thought as he thought about
However, the Hyúga's had been repeatedly provoked by not only the Cloud's envoys but also the Sand Envoys.
''Sukuna-Sama, Marani is asking you to come inside'' A maid with long brown hair said with a bow. Sukuna nodded and entered her house.
As he walked inside, he was greeted by the presence of not only Marani, but also Hiashi Hyúga....
''Good afternoon, Grandma, Hiashi-San''
''I'm sorry to call you the day after your return, but Hiashi-san here was adament on speaking to you before the Chuunin exams began'' Marani said with a warm smile as Hiashi nodded to him.
''It's fine, I've slept enough Grandma'' Sukuna said with a warm smile.
''You have grown taller'' Marani said with squinted eyes as Sukuna's height reached around 5'6 (167cm) now.
Sukuna's expression was confused until a voice interrupted from the inside of his body,
[When you're home, you should look at that weird Jutsu of yours. You will find something interesting] Isobu said with a teasing voice which confused him even more, but he just shook it off before looking at Hiashi,
''How can I help you Hiashi-san''
Hiashi looked at him for a short moment before he put a scroll on the table and said with a conflicted tone,
''We of the Hyúga's would like to engage my oldest daughter to you''
Sukuna shook and looked at him with a shocked expression while Marani had an excited smile on her face, Sukuna took a moment before he started to think and asked,
''Did she agree to it?''
''She doesn't know yet, but that doesn't ma-'' Hiashi spoke up before Sukuna interrupted,
''Go back, don't waste my time'' Sukuna coldly replied which shook Hiashi's eyes open, his pride already took a severe hit when he had to come here to basically beg for an alliance, combined with Sukuna's cold attitude, he had to forcefully calm himself down.
''We of the Hyúga's want to form an alliance with the Senju's, who need an ally just as much as we do'' Hiashi said with a vein on his forehead as he tipped Sukuna of his own clan's situation.
What he didn't know though, was that Sukuna had already resolved that issue...
''In your eyes, we need an alliance because of our position within the leaf. But in reality, you need an alliance because of Kumo's presence'' Sukuna said with a nonchalant tone as he sat down.
Hiashi's expression didn't change, but his silence was all the confirmation Sukuna needed.
''You want me to risk my entire clan for a marriage with a girl that isn't even informed of said marriage yet, go back and think about your offer'' Sukuna said coldly.
Marani looked from the side with a conflicted expression, Sukuna's current way of handling things was several times colder than before he ascended.
''I see, I will take my leave'' Hiashi said with a cold voice and left with big strides. Not bothering to look back.
Marani looked at Hiashi's departing back before turning to Sukuna and asked, ''Did something happen?''
''What do you mean grandma?'' Sukuna asked with a confused expression.
''Well... Normally you would hesitate at least and you're already decently close with one of the Hyúga's princesses, the Hyúga's would be a good ally'' Marani gave her input which made Sukuna shake his head.
''The Hyúga's enslave their own Branch Family and grow because of incest. Hiashi wants to use his 'useless' daughter for the Clan's benefits. If she had known beforehand and agreed out of her own will, I would have hesitated. Hiashi wants me to offend an entire village for one of his daughter's, this 'alliance' would already be one-sided from the get-go''
Marani listened to his words and couldn't help but agree. However, she still wanted to form an alliance with Hyúga's one way or another.
''Are you not interested in the Hyúga's princess?'' Marani asked with a smirk on her face.
''Yes, I am. Her talent is actually exceptional compared to what Hiashi thinks, but her heart is too weak to be a proper Shinobi. If she doesn't change, she won't go far'' Sukuna said seriously.
''I meant her beauty you brat'' Marani said with a helpless smile.
''Mmm? If she grew her hair out, she could be quite beautiful. I still won't risk my entire Clan for merely finding someone beautiful though'' Sukuna said nonchalantly as he got up.
''Sigh~…. I would love to hold some grandkids before I pass'' Marani sighed in such a manner that it gave Sukuna the urge to curse.
He was eleven!
''You don't seriously expect me to give you grandkids anytime soon right?'' Sukuna asked with an incredulous expression.
''Why not? Akai is always talking about you and that Hyúga princess has some good hips for childbirth!''
Hearing Marani's words, Sukuna's vision turned blurry for a second as he looked at his grandmother in a new light.
''She is thirteen! Besides, if anyone would bear my child anytime soon it would be Akai'' Sukuna said without thinking.
''Wha-''
*CRASH*
Marani spoke up but was interrupted by a loud crash of which seemed to be plates. Sukuna realized what he had said and hesitantly turned around.
Akai had just made lunch after she heard Sukuna was called to Marani's house, she happily made some of the finest dishes and brought them to the living room....
Until she heard Sukuna's words...
''A...Akai, wait. Grandma put me up to this!'' Sukuna explained with cold sweat rolling down his forehead.
Akai's eyes narrowed as she looked at Marani who decided to add fuel to the fire.
''Hoho~…. So you wouldn't want Akai-chan to bear your children?''
''That is not what I said!'' Sukuna hastily said as Akai came closer and closer.
''Umu, seems like Akai-chan will be a mother soon then'' Marani said with a 'matter-of-fact' look on her face.
Akai finally lost it and lunged at Sukuna who didn't hesitate and instantly backed away. Akai's fist hit the table they were sitting at, causing it to explode into small bits.
''My favorite table....'' Marani said with a sorrowful look as she saw Sukuna grin at her, clearly getting his karma.
Akai kept reaching out for Sukuna's body while he kept avoiding by a hair's difference. He didn't activate his Sharingan, neither did she use any techniques.
The two of them had slowly destroyed the entire room which caused Marani even more sorrow, while with every destroyed item, Sukuna would shoot her a smug grin which caused a vein to appear on her rimpled face while she regretted that she stirred Akai up....
Sukuna noticed that Akai was out of breath and instead of backing away from her, he closed the distance between the two of them.
Akai hastily wanted to respond and back away herself instead, but Sukuna grabbed the insides of her collar and pulled her closer. Akai felt her world spin as Sukuna's lips touched hers, her face turned red as her body was flattened against his chest.
Sukuna finally let go and gave Marani a smug grin and said, ''Happy cleaning grandma'' before disappearing.
Akai just stood there for a few seconds before shaking awake and looked at Marani, who looked at her with a smug grin and said, ''I won the bet''
Akai clicked her tongue before walking away with a red face. Marani sat in her wheelchair in the middle of the broken-down room with a bitter smile and mumbled, ''So I can clean this mess?''

''Isobu, what did you mean earlier?'' Sukuna asked as he walked through the gate into his home after greeting a few passing Senju's.
[Just go ahead and look first] Isobu replied with a mysterious smile
Sukuna didn't hesitate and disappeared into his room. Rin seemed to still be sleeping after the long trip. After all, they had only returned when the sun came up.

''So you want to tell me that my body was modified?'' Sukuna questioned as he already knew who did it.
[Yes, to be more precise.... It was sculptured, every muscle fiber seems to be placed there and eventually fused with your sealed bloodline] Isobu said as he inspected Sukuna's body.
''But who's?'' Sukuna asked the first question on his mind as Isobu hesitantly replied,

''Wait, you're telling me that my body, a human body that grows normally, was made of a Tailed Beast that are made out of Chakra? You all have never been dissected! It is clearly impossible!'' Sukuna said as his mind spun.
From the memories, it was controversial that Tailed Beasts even bled, let alone have things like muscle fibers, bones, etc. Besides, there was no record of a Tailed Beast ever being experimented on.
[I don't understand either, but I do know that although I have a proper internal body with blood and vessels, some of us don't like the One Tails. Your body is mainly composed from the Two-Tails, Six-Tails, Seven Tails.....] Isobu hesitated for a second, but Sukuna hurried him up and asked,
''What is with the pause?''
[The Nine Tails.... The Nine Tails makes up 50% of your body....It feels as if it isn't just the Senju Bloodline you will awaken fully when you reach 1.250.000 Chakra, you will also become something that shouldn't exist in this world] Isobu said as Sukuna felt his mind shake.
'At first I was sure that Orochimaru and Danzo surely had something to do with the insane growth of my body.... But if my body is part Nine Tails....' Sukuna sat on his bed and looked at his own hands.
They had grown quite a bit after becoming one with Isobu, the requirements for his bloodline had also gone down, everything started to make more and more sense until his eyes opened in realization...
