"I hate the nerve of that guy." Jules heard her friend's voice behind her as she complained about someone. 

Thalia did not need to mention his name since she had already figured it out. It did not need to be a genius to guess who she was talking about.

"Come and join me." She offered an empty seat beside her. Then she took a plate and a piece of the barbecued steak, serving it to her friend while waiting for her friend to continue with her tirade.

Since the two had met, Thalia and Travis had been like cats and dogs. Travis would taunt her as if he could not help himself, while Thalia would retaliate with extreme annoyance.

They did not seem to get along. However, they tolerated each other's company as much as possible because Thalia was her best friend while Travis was her husband's.

"What did Travis do now?" She asked since she was busy with Oliver a while ago. She did not witness the latest mishap between the two.
