Mateo endured the severe pain emanating from his back and abdomen as he plunged his scarlet abyss blade into the magic core.

After he destroyed the core, the branches that surrounded them immediately fell.

Barneas was startled for a while before he rushed over and also severed that branch.

Barneas anxiously examined the branch that was still lodged inside Mateo's body.

Once he removed it from the wound that was blocked by the branch, it would make it bleed profusely, yet leaving it in was also not an option!
