Kapitel 850: -839- The Rama in his youth

"Ro... Rama...!?"

"He is Rama? The King of Kosla?"

"No way!"

In Chaldea, Olga Marie, Roman, and Da Vinci were all equally astonished.

Not only in Chaldea, even Mash felt a sense of disbelief, as if struggling to accept the situation.

But it was an inevitable turn of events.

Considering that the Ramayana and Mahabharata are both considered the two great epics of India, and being the protagonist in one of them, the incarnation of Vishnu, one of the three supreme gods, and the hero who defeated the demon king Ravana, Rama's elevated status was undeniable.

This hero in mythology had undergone various trials and eventually returned to Vishnu. In terms of divinity and spiritual stature, he surpassed even Karna. If he truly manifested as a Servant, he would at least be on par with Karna as an exceptional Heroic Spirit.

However, the youth before them not only appeared somewhat immature but also displayed a considerable amount of arrogance. His chosen method of combat involved the use of a sword rather than the legendary bow and arrow. To claim he was Rama – who could believe that?

Only Scáthach and Karna didn't doubt this.

"Though indeed a bit immature, both his martial skills and tactics exceed the ordinary. Perhaps he modified the Immortal Blade, originally an arrow, into a sword. Thus, manifesting in the Saber class, he is still in a stage of maturation."

Scáthach keenly observed this.

This was also the primary reason why Rozen addressed Rama as "Prince" rather than "King."

The Rama before them was undoubtedly genuine, but he hadn't gone through the extensive trials to become the great hero and king. Instead, he was summoned in his youth, not yet in the complete form of a hero and king.

Therefore, Rama found himself outmatched by Scáthach, not because this Servant lacked strength but due to being summoned in his youth.

Of course, even so, Rama's strength was impeccable – not necessarily extraordinary, but certainly top-tier.

Faced with such a character unleashing his Noble Phantasms, not even Rozen dared to let the situation continue. He immediately initiated the deployment of "Anti-Magic Barrier," halting the battle between the two.

As for Karna, there was no room for doubt about Rama's identity.

After all...

"Even if one's identity can be impersonated, the Immortal Blade cannot."

Karna said this indifferently while raising his divine spear slightly.

Rama seemed to be drawn to the sight, looking at Karna's divine spear.

At first, Rama didn't pay much attention, but upon closer inspection, his expression changed, surprised.

"The Immortal Blade...!?"

Indeed, the Immortal Blade.

Karna's divine spear, astonishingly, was also the Immortal Blade.

"This is the weapon given to me by my mentor, Axe-wielding Rama."

With a concise statement, Karna clarified everything.

As incarnations of Vishnu, both Axe-wielding Rama and Rama wielded the Immortal Blade. However, Axe-wielding Rama bestowed the Immortal Blade upon Karna, allowing him to possess this powerful Noble Phantasm.

This Noble Phantasm wasn't limited to the form of a bow when in the Archer class. When manifesting in other classes, it took the shape of various flying projectiles.

In Karna's case, appearing as a Lancer, the Immortal Blade transformed into a divine spear, carrying the equivalent of A-rank physical attack power.

Therefore, despite Karna's Strength being only at the B-rank, he could unleash power equivalent to A-rank thanks to the divine spear.

Naturally, possessing such a Noble Phantasm, Karna couldn't possibly fail to recognize the Immortal Blade in Rama's hands.

Perhaps, before revealing his True Name, Karna hadn't noticed. However, now, Karna wouldn't doubt that the sword in Rama's hands was the Immortal Blade.

As a Saber-class Servant, Rama's Immortal Blade transformed into a sword, possessing extraordinary power against magical entities.

So...

"You are Rama, there's no need to question that."

Rozen confirmed this with absolute certainty.

At the same time, Rama seemed to finally look directly at everyone.

"Are you not Servants from the Celtic faction?" Rama asked with a tightly furrowed brow, showing extreme vigilance.

Hearing this, the group roughly understood why Rama had such an intense reaction upon waking up and immediately launched an attack on Rozen and the others.

The reason was simple.

"It seems you've faced persecution from the Celtic faction's Servants."

Rozen sighed.

Evidently, Rama had been pursued by Servants from the Celtic faction, and even after falling and sustaining severe injuries, his sense of crisis and vigilance hadn't diminished. This led to his sudden awakening, intense reaction, and subsequent attack on Rozen's group.

That's because Rozen have so many Servants around him?

Feeling the presence of multiple Servants, all centered around Rozen, Rama must have thought Rozen was affiliated with the Celtic faction, leading to a direct attack.

Unfortunately, it was a misunderstanding.

"We are not from the Celtic faction," Rozen straightforwardly stated.

"You misunderstood, Mr. Rama," Mash added in a gentle tone.

"Although I come from the Celtic background, I have no intention of associating with those fools," Scáthach shook her head.

Karna remained silent, just staring at Rama.

In this situation, even though Rama hadn't let go of his guard completely, he gradually believed the words of Rozen's group.

If they were truly Celtic Servants coming to hunt him down, there would be no need for many words now. Considering their combat strength, they could easily defeat him.

Apart from the woman with the spear, who had a force surpassing his own, even the warrior with the Immortal Blade emitted a pressure that made him vigilant.

The girl with the shield seemed weak but effortlessly blocked his forceful assault. Not to mention the human; he had an elusive quality that Rama couldn't quite comprehend.

Facing such a group, Rama, in his current youthful form, wouldn't stand a chance if they intended to capture him.

Looking at his body, fully healed from the extensive injuries before losing consciousness, and the locals around, still trembling from the encounter, Rama believed this wasn't something the Celtic faction could orchestrate.

"It seems I misunderstood you."

Realizing this, Rama relaxed his body. Despite his arrogant demeanor, he earnestly apologized.

"Sorry, I might have been a bit reckless, but it was a necessary measure. Facing formidable enemies from the Celtic faction, I had to be extremely cautious and vigilant."

At this point, the emotions in Rama's eyes were not just about vigilance and caution; there was a deep-seated resentment.

Seeing this clearly, Rozen decided promptly.

"Anyway, tell us about your situation."

A sudden encounter battle was resolved due to the misunderstanding.

Rama accepted Rozen's invitation and calmed down.
