Cassius slept at the top of the tallest tree in the heart of the forest. He swung one leg in the air while the other rested on a branch.

Yawning lazily, he tried to close his eyes. Sleeping on the ground was out of the question due to the darkness, and he initially expected encounters with many wild animals.

However, for reasons unknown, he had only encountered four wild animals since yesterday, and tomorrow marked the final day of the hunt.

He had successfully brought home two tiger heads and two bear heads.

"Where did those wild animals go? Should I venture deeper?"

Deciding to go further if he didn't find any beasts tomorrow, but now, he needed rest at the moment.

Yet, as he was about to close his eyes, he suddenly felt an immense surge of magical energy, clearly not of human origin.

Alert, he rose from his slumber, covering his entire body with Aether to sharpen his senses.
