Alex looked at Kurina as well to see what she did to make the other female uncomfortable, but Kurina only had a satisfied look on her face when she looked back at Alex.

“What are you looking at? Did you want to sit with that unknown female and get to know her better? She had intentions when she approached you and you would have gotten distracted by her. There is no need to thank me for my service.”

Alex did not even say anything and Kurina made up excuses for her actions. In the end, Alex just shook his head and decided not to look too deeply into this topic.

Whatever was going on with Kurina, she could deal with it herself. There was no need for Alex to get involved with her.

“Everyone, hurry up and board your beasts. I can make out the attacking forces heading our way. We have about 15 minutes of passing window. Also, make sure your beast is following me.”

Jay ordered everyone but everyone’s brain was at a half-capacity to even consider what he was saying.
