Father Xiao opened the letter, read it for a while, and put it in his pocket. Then he wrote down a few names and made a phone call.

Not long after, his personal assistant walked into the office, saluted him, and asked, "Commander, what are your orders?"

The assistant took the file, nodded, and left the office.
