"I assume you've been well?" The doctor asked, flipping his notepad and Hae-won nodded. "Hm, you've rarely visited the hospital so I also assume you've been staying away from Alpha pheromones like I suggested, right?"

Hae-won paused, surprised. What did he just say? 

"What?" 

The doctor looked at Hae-won for a while and then at the nurse.

"Are you done?" He asked the nurse.

"Ah, yes sir." She said and got up.

Hae-won looked at his nearly wrapped hand and then at the doctor.

"Follow me." He instructed and Hae-won followed him, wondering what he had missed.

Avoid Alpha pheromones? Why was that? Did the doctor know he could smell pheromones? That had to be the case else he wouldn't say that.
